Albert – The Downtown Business Association of St.
Albert will celebrate the Arts on Saturday, June 23rd.
The “Summer Solstice Festival” will commence at
5:00p.m. Many Artisans and Street Performers will be
on the sidewalks of downtown for this family
attraction.

Beat Gallery, The Studio Gallery and Profiles Art
Gallery will offer art, crafts and entertainment. A
Tibetin Jewellery exhibition will be highlighted at
Profiles Art Gallery. Gemport on St. Anne Street
will host the Tumblewood Lapidary Club’s “ MINERAL
SELL & SWAP” event. Pastels on pavement and a
fossil hunt round out the activities at Gemport.
Poet's
Ink! will roam the Streets of downtown
with their creative and inspiring poetry.
Should
“Mother Nature” send some liquid sunshine our way
the event will move indoors at the Community Hall on
Perron Street. It’s a great opportunity to watch
the artisans perform their skills and pick up tips
for your family hobbies.
“SOLSTICE” The time of the sun’s passing a solstice
which occurs on June 22nd to begin summer
in the northern hemisphere. All St. Albert families
are invited to celebrate summer and enjoy the talent
of local artisans and entertainers.
